For me, the standout is Dillweed, the ultra-unique creation dreamed up by brew master and owner Mike, named after the musician Dillweed who leads jam sessions at the brewery every Wednesday. The beer is quirky, full of personality, and leaves an impression as bold as the man behind it.

Almost a year ago I sat in the dining area with my brother and my wife, enjoying Starview’s food, when I spotted Dillweed on the menu. The name alone had me curious, and after the first sip I knew it was something special. Creamy, briny, and unlike anything I had tasted before. It felt like drinking a pickle in the best possible way. From that moment, I wanted to partner with Starview to help share what makes them such a must-visit stop in Columbia, PA.

Beyond the tap list, Starview is about connection. The wraparound bar, hand-built from a local tree saved for 15 years, sets the stage for conversation. The TVs stay quiet so voices and laughter take center stage. Local artwork lines the walls, mugs are spun by hand, and glasses are filled with beer brewed right here in the historic rivertown.
